Yoga

 I offer private yoga and meditation sessions customized to your individual needs.  So whether you want more individual attention, guidance on alignment or specific postures, or just prefer something other than a traditional class setting, I’m happy to find something that will work for you. In addition to traditional practitioners, I have extensive experience working with beginners, athletes, and pregnant and post-natal women. 

This can be integrated into the work we do together, or as an à la carte service.

Group classes - All-levels Vinyasa (with music)

This is a dynamic, flowing practice with a focus on moving the body in unison with the breath. Suitable for yogis at all levels.
